To place a gift order we recommend the following procedure:

1. During the ordering process, tell it that you are a NEW customer.
2. When you get to the "Customer Information Form", enter your credit card information.
3. For the "Customer Contact Information", enter all of the recipient's information EXCEPT for the email address. For the email address, enter YOUR email address. When the order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you instead of the recipient. It will contain the order information, Customer ID and Password, and the instructions on downloading and installing.
4. Copy and paste this information into a document and delete the payment information. Give this to the recipient. You can send it to them via email or print it off and put it in a card. This will give them complete instructions on what they need to do along with their Customer ID and Password.
5. When the person logs into their account, they should change the email address information over to their own email account. This will allow us to send upgrade and new product information to them as it becomes available.
